These Bacon covered Chocolate Twists are the perfect combination of sweet and salty.
1 x 300g pack Streaky Bacon
20ml Maple Syrup
60g Dark Chocolate
1 x tsp Coconut Oil
25g White Chocolate Chips
1 x tsp Sea Salt
1 x tsp Soft Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 200c/400f/gas 6.
Twist the bacon rashers into spirals and put on a baking tray.
Brush with syrup.
Bake 20 mins till crisp.
Melt dark chocolate with the coconut oil.
When bacon is cool – brush over the chocolate.
While its still warm sprinkle over the chips, salt and sugar.
Allow to cool and serve.
