A delicious pudding sundae style.
450g Irish Strawberries
2 tbsp Strawberry Jam
500g Thick & Creamy
Wash and hull the Irish Strawberries. Reserve two to decorate the glasses.
Put the remainder of the Irish Strawberries in a pan with 2 tsp water and the strawberry jam.
Bring to the boil and stir until the jam is dissolved.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Layer this mixture with the crème fraîche in individual glasses, finishing with crème fraîche.
Decorate with the reserved Irish Strawberries, sliced in half.
