Why do I have to pack my own shopping away from the till?
"Aldi provides a packing shelf away from the till to allow a faster checkout process. It's a faster and more efficient system that helps us to keep prices down and speeds up your shop. Customers shopping with a basket are more than welcome to pack at the till point and the cashiers will aid where necessary. For customers with considerable amounts of shopping, we suggest the use of a trolley. We offer a variance of trolley sizes to enable the use of the packing bench facility at your leisure."Close
Why were the Specialbuy flowers/plants on sale before the advertised Specialbuy date?
Due to the nature of the product, if Specialbuy flowers/plants arrive early within a store they will normally be put on sale as soon as possible. This is to ensure that they reach our customers in as fresh a state as possible.Close
Challenge 25 Policy when serving alcohol etc.
All stores by law do have to Challenge 25 nationwide. Our staff have to be vigilant as both the company and the Store Assistants individually are liable for prosecution if we are found to supply alcohol to anyone under age, or for the use of someone underage. Therefore we always exercise caution if in doubt.Close

I have been double charged for an item in my local store, how do I get a refund?
As much as we try and avoid instances such as this, mistakes can happen. Please accept our apologies and return to the store with your receipt for a refund of the mistaken additional payment taken.Close
I have left my debit/credit card in store, how can I get it back?
In the event of losing any personal belongings, please return to store to check if the lost item has been handed into a store assistant or store manager. Any debit/ credit cards left at the till and found by Aldi will be retained for a 24 hour period only. In the interest of customer security debit/credit cards are destroyed after 3 days if they are not reclaimed. Aldi is not responsible for any items such as debit/credit cards which are misplaced or lost by customers in Aldi stores. Close
I have left some shopping in store, how can I get this back?
In the event of leaving any shopping in store, please return to store and check if the shopping has been handed in. Please ensure that you have your receipt with you as this will be needed to verify the shopping in question.Close
