    4 Red Apples

    60g Sultanas

    15g Caster Sugar

    250ml Orange Juice

    1 tsp Ground Ginger

    Method

    Pre-heat the oven to 425°F/220°C/Gas Mark 7.

    With an apple corer, remove the core from the apple.

    Mix the sultanas with a tablespoon of the orange juice and the ground ginger.

    Push the sultanas into the holes in each apple.

    Place on a small baking dish.

    Pour over the orange juice.

    Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

    Serve hot, great with clotted cream.
