Santoku Knife/Nakiri Knife

The Santoku knife is a general purpose knife originating from Japan. Santoku means ‘3 virtues’ indicating that the knife can be used for cutting meat, fish and vegetables. The steel is force welded together to give an extremely sharp cutting edge. The Nakiri knife is ideal for dicing vegetables and fruit. Both knives are made of 65 layers of damast steel with stainless steel handles.
